Meet Bryan

Bryan sets strategy and manages the full-cycle recruitment process from candidate sourcing and interviews, to onboarding and retention at Foundation. He has 8+ years of mortgage recruiting experience spearheading the growth and development of high-performing loan origination teams directly responsible for over $250 million in business-purpose loan production.  He has also been responsible for expanding other business departments to support mortgage origination platforms including operations, marketing, servicing, and senior leadership. He previously partnered with an independent headhunting agency where he focused on expanding lending sales teams and developed relationships with mortgage leaders and producers on behalf of retained company clients that contribute to his success today in attracting top talent.
